Where we hear about:
- Psychological safety within a team can not be rushed
- The devil is in the details
- You do not necessarily need to spend your budget on team building to foster safety"
I would like to invite the audience on a journey into my past - a team I was fortunate to take over during my time in Australia. And where we were able to create a team out of a group of people - with support from small tweaks to the usual routine in teams.
Different kind of dailies, very different kind of stand-ups on Fridays (talk wins and losses) and probably the highlight of my professional career so far - a toilet paper roll that demonstrated the bond that had built over time.
