Many companies these days experiment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to follow promises of higher performance, better alignment, and even a new culture of collaboration.
After the first enthusiastic steps (or quarters) the glamour often fades and the experienced reality does not meet the transformative expectations.
Some might even conclude: “Nothing changed – apart from the increased administrative effort”.
In this session, Natalija will pursue the typical challenges of organizations and discuss how an agile approach to change management from the beginning can make all the difference when implementing concepts like OKRs.
And – once implemented – how OKRs themselves can help to create a sustainable change momentum in your organization – when building on agile and systemic principles!
