Where we hear about:
- Understand how Agile is a mindset and a way of being,
- Identify where they are on their internal journey of agility,
- Identify practical next steps on the journey of personal agility."
As an Agile Coach I spend a lot of time coaching individuals and teams to become more agile and to embrace change. Yet recent changes in my life have caused me to reflect on this question on a personal level - how agile am I?
Under the hood, how built for change am I: in my subconscious ways of thinking and default responses to life. What does it mean to be agile as a person? And how do I grow in my ability to "be agile" and deal with change sustainably?
This talk shares my journey and reflections on these questions, and gives attendees the opportunity to reflect on their journeys. This includes processing some practical next-steps to personal agility.
