For most of us, the “how-to” book for our company’s Agile transformation has not yet been written. Each environment is different, and the people and teams within those environments are at varying stages of development.
To grow agility across the enterprise, we need to meet every person, team, and organization where they are. Then, we need to provide them with a pathway of “adjacently possible” steps towards continued success.
This session will explain how to install an Antifragile Operating System -- A transformation method that is continual, adaptive, and customized to your organization.
We’ll learn about the roles, processes, and tools to create a durable sense of agility while demonstrating continual improvement.
By the end of the session, we will have a template for Agile transformation that can be applied regardless of an organization’s Agile fluency.
