The agile space has a lot of challenges. Jon shares how important the mindset can be to creating change.
He starts off by sharing how he got into the agile space. He first learned about object-oriented programming with Peter Coad. Then he was fortunate enough to be invited to the meeting in Snowbird, Utah.
Today Jon helps organizations shift to agile. He reminds us how he started working in the waterfall process with a defense contractor. Jon has some lengthy experience helping organizations make the big shift.
