It's time to harness the power of failure. When we think of failure, we don't see it as the opportunity to grow. Even if we embrace failure, we rarely think about finding a safe place to land if we do fail - jump out of an airplane without a parachute isn't always the best option. How does your organization embrace failure? Let's face it we have all gone through a retrospective or lessons learned meeting, poured our hearts out only to find our ideas for improvement neatly typed up and put on a shelf somewhere. There's a science behind it all that proves experimentation, experience, failure, and critical reflection lead to leaps in innovation and understanding. Are you grabbing failure and harnessing it to improve your products and Agile teams?
