Is your Product Owner too busy? Is the team missing clear prioritization? Is the Product Owner new to Agile and Scrum? These are just some of the situations that you, a Scrum Master or Agile Coach need to deal with regularly. That's why I want to discuss what we - Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches - need to do when working with our teams. Simply, we must take it on our task-list to help the Product Owner too!
